Mr. Peter Kuria

Mr. Peter Kuria has worked with CA programmes for 16 years, 8 of which he has been working with the African Conservation Tillage Network as the Programme Officer and later as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. He has a wealth of experience in Conservation Agriculture having spearheaded implementation of many projects in Kenya. He is pursuing his Master’s degree in Environmental Science at Egerton University. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi both in Kenya. He is a CA trainer and a trainer of Farmer Field Schools methodology and has a wealth of experience in the extension field after having worked under several management positions with the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya for 14 years. He has 5 years Secondary School teaching experience. He has co-authored several papers, books and manuals on CA.
