2nd Africa Congress on Conservation Agriculture

PARTICIPANT CHARGES & REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird fee
(before 30th March 2018) 		$350
Standard fee
(from 31st March 2018)		 $ 400

Registration fees will cover conference materials, teas/lunches and field visit costs only.

EXHIBITION BOOTH

Participants who wish to book exhibition booths are required to pay an additional fee of USD 1,500 per booth.

Note:

Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute delegate to the congress at no extra cost subject to written nomination by the original participant. In case of cancellation the following charges apply:

  • Payment received 60+ days to the congress -20%cancellation fee
  • Payment received 31-60 days to the congress -50% cancellation fee
  • Payment received 0-30 days to the congress -100% cancellation fee
